The members of the management team depicted below serve on the corporation's Board of Directors, and are "hands-on" regarding marketing, production and loading, and maintenance responsibilities.

R. Joseph Collet, JD

Founder, and Chairman of the Board. Retired after 20 years of executive and international experience on the professional golf circuit, “Joe” also serves as Chief Operating Officer (General Manager) and Secretary of the corporation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from BYU and graduated from the University of California's Hastings College of the Law. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and speaks conversational French and German.

President of, and Resident Agent for the corporation. “Tom” graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and completed a Masters of Public Health at the University of Utah. He is an environmental consultant with a national environmental, geotechnical, and materials testing firm.

James R. Collet, MD

Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Collet received his BS in Zoology from BYU and graduated from medical school at the University of Nevada. Also, he has a Masters of Public Health in Environmental Studies from the University of Oklahoma School of Public Health. He is an occupational medicine specialist.

Sr. Executive Vice President and Treasurer. “Carolyn” also is a BYU graduate. She is currently self-employed as a real estate investor after an accomplished career as an in-house publication specialist for a Fortune 500 company. For over thirty years Carolyn has housed and studied birds, from the finch to the macaw. She and her husband reside at, own and operate Deer Hollow Ranch where they raise and train a small herd of Missouri Foxtrotter horses.
